3 days, 2 nights on Island Spirits — a 25-acre eco resort island on Rice Lake, Ontario. Just 90 minutes from Toronto, a world away from everything else. Kayaking, campfires, wood-fired pizza, alpacas, and your people — all in one place, all weekend long.

This is not a retreat. This is not extreme sport. It's intentional adventure, designed for a full weekend.

What to Expect

Days on the water — kayaking, canoeing, and paddleboarding on Rice Lake. Beach volleyball. Hiking 25 acres of island trails. Feeding alpacas, mini horses, and goats. Making wood-fired pizza from scratch.

Nights around the campfire, s'mores in hand, doing the thing that's getting harder to do — actually disconnecting.

You'll leave having moved, reset, connected, and played. Hard.
