Not at all. Most Day Rips are designed for people with a moderate level of fitness. If a specific event requires a higher level of endurance, it will be clearly stated in the event description.
If you’re unsure whether a trip is right for you, feel free to reach out before booking.
Yes. Many of our experiences are beginner-friendly. We aim to create inclusive, supportive group environments where everyone can enjoy the adventure at their own pace.

Yes! Many participants come solo. Day Rips are designed to be welcoming and small-group focused, so it’s easy to connect and feel included.
Participants must be 18+ to join independently. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Our current maximum capacity is 7 participants per trip.
We keep our groups intentionally small to ensure a high-quality, guided experience and meaningful connection throughout the day.
Round-trip transportation from Toronto, guided hiking or activity, structured pacing, and a small-group experience. Some trips include optional breathwork or cold exposure.

Once you complete your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away.
That email includes your waiver link. Please complete the waiver as soon as possible to secure your spot.
A few days before the event, you’ll be added to a WhatsApp group using the phone number provided at checkout. All final details, reminders, and updates will be shared there.
Yes. Transportation is included in your Day Rip unless otherwise stated. Full details are listed on each trip page.
Most Day Rips depart from Yorkdale Mall, but meeting points may vary depending on the specific trip.
The expected departure location will always be listed in the trip description. Final meeting details and timing will be confirmed in the WhatsApp group 2–3 days before the event.

Once a Rip reaches capacity, the booking option will close and a waitlist form will appear.
If a spot becomes available due to a cancellation, we’ll contact people on the waitlist directly.
Yes — we offer private Day Rips for groups looking for a more personalized experience.
Whether it’s a birthday, team outing, or just a day out with friends, we can organize a custom Rip for your group.

Safety is always our priority.
If weather conditions are unsafe or significantly impact the experience, we may reschedule the event. In that case, you’ll be notified directly with next steps.
All sales are final.

Your payment will remain on file as credit for 12 months from the original purchase date. Credits are non-refundable and can be applied toward any future Day Rips experience.
