Tobermory Rip: Cold Plunge Edition – Nov 28
Sat Nov 28 · Meet 6:30 AM, Yorkdale · Back in Toronto ~7:30 PM · $200/person · Max 4
The Grotto in late November is a different place. No lineups, no parking reservations, just you, the turquoise water, and the cliffs. We'll hike the Georgian Bay shoreline of Bruce Peninsula National Park, then do the thing most people only talk about: a guided cold plunge in the bay.
I'm a certified Wim Hof Method instructor and I'll walk you through breathwork, entry, and warm-up so the plunge is safe, controlled, and yours. Water will be around 5°C. You'll be in for 1–2 minutes. You'll remember it for a lot longer.
What's included: round-trip transportation from Toronto, guided hike, guided breathwork and cold plunge, hot drinks for the post-plunge warm-up, tiny group (max 4).
What to bring: warm layers, waterproof hiking shoes, a swimsuit, a big towel, a toque you'll wear in the water, dry clothes to change into, water, snacks, lunch or cash for a stop in Owen Sound. No cold-plunge experience needed.
Cancellation: 50% credit valid for 3 months if cancelled 7+ days before the trip.
